Cocktails

Cherry Blossom Gimlet

Gin, Shochu, Cocoa, Plum, Lemon, (17% abv)

This delicate, refreshing cocktail is built around Cherry Blossom; bright, floral, yet complex and nuanced. Like the flush of young love, the plum paint garnishes turns the cocktail from a stark white to a blushing hue of pink.

Rose & Red Shiso

Rose Water, Red Shiso, Lime Leaf, Carbonated (0% abv)

The marriage of two distinct traditions/flavors in a unique NA cocktail: Rose Water/Paneer Soda from Indian, and Red Shiso Juice from Japan. Floral rose notes from a paneer soda are paired here with the peppery, bright flavors of red shiso to make a unique carbonated cocktail.

Rose & Red Shiso, Bambola

“Bitter? Yes. But So Am I”

Armagnac Fortified Klug Farm Sweet Cherries, French Oaked Bourbon, Gentian Bitter, Wine Aperitif (24% abv)

Our passionate take on a classic Boulevardier, celebrates bitterness by finding its perfect romantic partner: Armagnac Brandied Sweet Cherries.

Wine

"Nothing makes a romantic night out go better than a full-bodied red wine to ease those sometimes awkward Valentine’s Day inhibitions and what better than a wine with a heart on the label. Indeed, Château Calon-Ségur has become iconic because of the easy-to-spot pink heart label, but what's in the bottle makes lovin' it easy. It's a beautiful, balanced Bordeaux blend that gives your palate a warm hug with ripe Cabernet Sauvignon fruit leading the way and Merlot, Cab Franc, and Petite Verdot adding some spice and savory notes. The bottles are hard to come by because of their limited release and storied past (Third classified Growth in 1855), but if you can get your hands on a bottle it's truly the perfect wine to share and pair with a special someone."
